Central Alabama Community College Announces Successful Completion of Skid Steer Operator Training

LINCOLN, AL – July 1, 2024 – Central Alabama Community College (CACC) is pleased to announce the successful completion of our Skid Steer Operator Training, held in partnership with Dovetail Landing, Skills for Success, and Alabama Veteran. This inaugural training session marks the beginning of a dynamic collaboration aimed at providing valuable skills and opportunities for our veterans.

The training, which took place at Dovetail Landing, was specifically designed for veterans, equipping them with the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to become proficient and safe skid steer operators. This initiative is part of CACC’s ongoing priority to support workforce development and provide pathways to success for our community.

Jeff Lynn, President of Central Alabama Community College, expressed his excitement about the partnership with Dovetail Landing: “We are very proud of our partnership with Dovetail Landing.
