1098-T TAX INFORMATION FORM

At the beginning of your CACC journey and the first time you log into your student account you will receive a message to give consent for an electronic 1098-T form. We encourage students to provide this consent. This means the tax form will be placed in the student portal for easy access instead of receiving a printed form in the mail. This provides on-demand access as needed for tax preparation. No more lost forms in the mail!

HOW TO CONSENT FOR ELECTRONIC 1098-T TAX FORM VIA ONEACCS:

1. Click STUDENT tab
2. Click STUDENT LANDING PAGE
3. Under Student Account, click “Statement and Payment History”
4. Click “Accept Consent”
5. By January 31st each year the 1098-T Form is posted on your portal

HOW TO ACCESS ELECTRONIC 1098-T TAX FORM VIA ONEACCS:

1. Click STUDENT tab
2. Click STUDENT LANDING PAGE
3. Under Student Account, click “Statement and Payment History”
4. View or print 1098-T Statement for the tax year needed
