Tickets

How many tickets does each graduate receive?
Each graduate will receive six (6) guest tickets.

Can I request additional tickets?
No. Additional tickets will not be available.

Ticket Distribution

What are my options for receiving tickets?

Option 1: Pick Up at Commencement Rehearsal

  • Tickets will be distributed during rehearsal.
  • You must be present to receive your tickets.
  • You are responsible for keeping tickets secure.
  • Lost tickets cannot be replaced and will prevent guest entry.

Option 2: Will Call Pickup

  • If you do not attend rehearsal, you may choose Will Call.
  • One family member may pick up all tickets at one time.
  • Your name will be checked off a list at pickup.
  • Pickup time on graduation day is limited.
  • This option may reduce the risk of losing tickets.
Important Information

How will I receive tickets if I do not attend rehearsal?
Tickets will be available at Will Call on graduation morning.

Are tickets required for entry?
Yes. All guests must have a ticket.

What happens if tickets are lost?
Lost tickets cannot be replaced under any circumstances.

Will there be assigned seats?
Seating is first come, first served.

Event Policies & Updates

Are flowers and balloons allowed inside the venue?
Flowers are permitted if wrapped and not in a vase. Balloons are not allowed.

Do children need tickets?

  • Children age 4 and under may sit on an adult?s lap and do not require a ticket.
  • Children age 5 and older must have a ticket.
Proper Etiquette for Commencement

Recommended attire for men:
White or light-colored dress shirts, dark-colored ties, dark trousers, and dark shoes.

Recommended attire for women:
Dark dresses, or dark slacks or skirts with light-colored blouses, and dark shoes.

Dress code restrictions:

  • Jeans, shorts, sandals, or tennis shoes are not permitted.
  • Slides, flip-flops, clogs, or sunglasses are not permitted.
  • Shoes are required at all times.
  • Heels should be comfortable for standing and walking.
Caps, Accessories, and Behavior
  • Caps must be worn flat on the head.
  • Tassels are worn on the right side until diplomas are received.
  • Decorated caps are not allowed.
  • Men should remove caps during prayers and the national anthem.
  • Jewelry should be minimal.
  • Purses may not be carried during the processional.
  • No gum or candy during the ceremony.
  • Cell phones must be on silent prior to lineup.
